Broccoli microgreens are one of the easiest plants to grow, so they’re a good place to start if you are new to microgreens. They are a smaller version of the full-grown plant, but broccoli microgreens look nothing like their full-grown counterpart. But, they do taste similar. Broccoli microgreens are a bit bitter, making them a good addition to sweet dishes for balance.
Broccoli microgreens have a high level of vitamin C, vitamin A, and sulforaphane (good for regulating blood sugar).
